Adam Smith will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders will ship within two business days, except during U.S. federal holiday periods. Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your shipment notification email after placing an order (“Shipment Confirmation Email”) for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website. The Order Total stated on the Shipment Confirmation Email includes product costs and all discounts and credits before shipping fees.

Please note that orders may not be shipped to certain places or geographical areas.

If you're not satisfied for any reason with your first purchase of Adam Smith underwear, undershirt (each an “Undergarment”), we’ll make it right by issuing a refund or allowing you to exchange the Undergarment. Just Contact Us with your order number or receipt and confirm whether you'd like a refund for the Undergarment or an exchange to get something more comfortable.

  • Only applies to unworn Undergarment [of each type], per customer.
  • All requests must be made within 14 days of delivery (If you choose to replace the
  • Undergarment, we will ship the item to you free of charge if eligible

    Our Standard Return Policy

Returns are authorized for unworn Products with all tags and labels attached.

Where a Product is authorized for return, you can return to Adam Smith by mail.  Please Contact Us  with your order number or receipt to request a return by mail.

  • Returns / Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Upon delivery, you accept sole responsibility for your orders.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, with hang tags attached and in original packaging.
  • For any authorized return or exchange, we’ll cover the return shipping for packages being shipped from the lower 48 states using a carrier of our choosing. You'll get a prepaid label from our Support Team by email once you contact us.
  • Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from Adam Smith. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.
  1. Unauthorized Returns and Worn Garments

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please Contact Us  to confirm your return is authorized before sending anything back or attempting to return an item in-store.

If we receive a worn garment or any other return that has not been authorized, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your used garment or unauthorized return be returned to you.

Q – Can I return my unopened garment?

A – Unopened garments with all hangtags and other packaging present can be returned for any reason within 14 days for a full refund.

Q – Can I return my opened but unworn garment?

A – Opened but unworn garments, meaning with hangtags or other packaging removed, can be returned within 14 days and are eligible for a 50% refund, but return shipping will be your responsibility.

Q – What if my garment has fabric, sewing, or any other production problems?

A – Please provide us details regarding the problem—pictures are appreciated—and we will provide you with a full refund or a replacement garment at no cost to you. However, please let us know within 14 days.

Q – Can I return a garment that I have worn?

A – Because these are undergarments, we cannot accept any returns for worn garments—even if they have been washed afterward.
